Meet The Founder
Hi. I'm Matthew
Matthew has spent over 15 years building a career that most people, including himself, only dreamed about. It started behind the CHANEL makeup counter at Saks Fifth Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, and grew into something far beyond what he could have ever imagined. Fueled by talent, perseverance, and the belief of a few extraordinary women in leadership who saw something special in him, he was given his first leadership opportunity and a new home: New York City.
Today, Matthew has brought all of it home to New York City, channeling everything he has learned into the moments that actually matter to people. In doing so, he found a partner who matched his standards, shared his values, and brought the business acumen and creative depth to help bring the vision to life.
The Creative Intention Inc. was founded on what he has always believed: that through authenticity, kindness, and trust, we can prove that genuine human compassion still exists.
EVENTS
From intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, we handle every detail from start to finish, and we mean every detail. Our expertise spans the full spectrum of celebrations: birthdays, corporate events, product launches, bachelor and bachelorette parties, engagements, elopements, and children's parties from their very first to their sweet sixteen. We cover full creative concept and design development, logistics, planning, timelines, and day-of coordination, so our team is with you every step of the way. We bring outstanding vendor relationships to every event, including décor, balloons, florals, photographers, and photo booths, as well as best-in-class bar and bartending services. Set-up and teardown are always included, so you can be fully present for every moment that matters.

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and we treat it that way. From your initial creative consultation to the very last dance, we are with you every step of the way, ensuring your day is as beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable as you have always imagined. You, the client, create your personalized services and details for us to handle and execute. From exquisite florals to the DJ of your dreams, we are pleased to create and curate your custom experience, as little or as much as you like, to your delight. We are, in fact, the only creative event planning agency with in-house Master Makeup Artists and Elevated Hair Styling teams, truly in a class of their own.
